Selling Sunset is back on our screens and yet one of the biggest mysteries still remains… what exactly is happening with that $75million listing?
The stunning Beverly Hills property was brought to the team by Davina Potratz as her ultimate sell, but with such a hefty price tag, it's hard to find even a Hollywood A-lister willing to fork out that much.
The immovable house has caused serious tension within the Oppenheim Group in the struggle to close the deal. During season three, Davina enlisted the help of Christine Quinn to find a buyer – but even together there’s been no luck.
So has there been any development in the year the show’s been off-air?

Selling Sunset’s $75million house - where is it and why is it worth that much?
The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom property is based in North Beverly Hills Drive, and has been completely renovated from the ground up.
Set on an acre of land, the house has 15,605 square feet of living space, including a chef’s kitchen, multiple walk-in closets, wine cellar, a full cinema and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house that’s itself bigger than your average family home.
There’s also a huge stunning garden with “one of the biggest swimming pools in Beverly Hills”, an alfresco kitchen for entertaining guests and a dining area.
Property developer Adnan Sen boasts the house has “meticulous attention to design and detail”, with state-of-the-art technology built into the walls for all-surround sound and command functions.
Adnan, who runs Sen Properties, says he focused on combining country living with city life in the design, making a perfect getaway right in the heart of the city.
Initially, he wanted to sell the house for $100million, but the Oppenheim Group convinced him to lower the price to $75million.
Has the $75million listing been sold yet?
Unfortunately, despite being a beautiful house we'd all kill to live in, the property is still listed for sale, with exposure from Selling Sunset over the past three years doing little to draw in potential buyers.
Adnan was warned multiple times by the team at The Oppenheim Group that the steep price tag he’s put on the house would make it difficult to sell. However, he’s been adamant that he’s unwilling to settle for less.
Marketing website Zillow estimates the value of the property stands at $28.1million, and claims the land was initially bought in 2013 for $5.8million.
