Here's Dolly Parton's message to fans ahead of NASCAR's Ally 400 at Nashville Superspeedway

Dolly Parton appeared in an NBC teaser video ahead of NASCAR's Ally 400 on Sunday at Nashville Superspeedway, encouraging fans to believe in themselves in pursuit of their dreams.

The country music icon rose to fame in the Music City and returned to her Nashville roots in the video.

"You have to have a lot of faith in who you are," Parton said in the video. "You have to have a lot of confidence in what you believe your gift is, and if you really are capable of thinking you can reach that dream, then you've got to work it."

Parton narrates and stars in the two-minute video to share how her passion for her craft overlaps with the NASCAR Cup Series drivers participating Sunday's race.

"You've got to make it happen," Parton said in the video. "It ain't just going to happen."
