If 2024 were to end today, the WWE Universe would consider the year a smashing success – but thankfully, there's much more to come!

The Rock wasted no time making his mark in 2024 by shockingly returning to Monday Night Raw and giving the strongest tease that he and Roman Reigns are destined to clash one-on-one in the ring one day. But as we look ahead at the 2024 WWE Premium Live Events schedule, we anticipate one of the most memorable years in WWE history.

Every member of the WWE Universe knows that 2023 was one for the books, filled with jaw-dropping moments that fans will cherish forever:

Despite the iconic memories made last year, we have a hunch that 2024 will overshadow the events of 2023 by a significant margin, judging by the PLEs already announced for this year. Here are the locked-in, set-in-stone PLEs the WWE Universe should mark on their calendars in 2024.

WWE Royal Rumble – January 27, 2024

For wrestling fans worldwide, the annual WWE Royal Rumble is when the new year officially kicks into high gear, and the 2024 edition is shaping up to be the best one yet. Whether you're a casual fan or one of the most hardcore members of the WWE Universe, the Royal Rumble serves as the starting point for the Road to WrestleMania, which means it's a must-see Premium Live Event.

It's only a few weeks away, which means WWE Superstars are preparing to compete in their respective Royal Rumble matches – 30-person over-the-top rope matches where the last Superstar standing is granted a championship match at WrestleMania. The stakes are highest at Royal Rumble, and on January 27, the journey to WrestleMania begins.

WWE Elimination Chamber – February 24, 2024

Fans down under are in for a treat on February 24 because WWE Elimination Chamber 2024 will be broadcast live from Australia! It will take place at Optus Stadium in Perth, Western Australia, Australia, setting the stage for 60,000 rabid fans cheering on their favorite WWE Superstars as they continue down the Road to WrestleMania.

Elimination Chamber is the last Premium Live Event before WrestleMania, which means rivalries will only get more intense by the time February 24 comes rolling around. Of course, the event is slated to be highlighted by at least one namesake bout – the Elimination Chamber match, frequently cited as one of the year's most chaotic matches.

We don't just recommend circling these dates on your calendar – we advise you to grab all the markers and highlighters you can find and make sure your neighbors know that WrestleMania 40 can't be missed!

The two-night event will take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and promises to arguably the biggest WrestleMania ever. There are so many possibilities that it's hard to keep track – WWE Superstars like Randy OrtonCM Punk, and Cody Rhodes have made it known that their goal is to main-event WrestleMania. Still, conventional wisdom suggests that one, two, or all three men will end up disappointed come April.

Regardless of who ends up competing in the main event, all eyes will be on the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion – whether that's still Roman Reigns or someone else entirely.

WWE Backlash France – May 4, 2024

Once the dust from WrestleMania settles, the WWE won't let off the accelerator! Backlash will mark a historic first for fans worldwide as it will take place in Lyon, France. By all accounts, the city of Berlin is thrilled to host their first-ever WWE PLE, and the WWE Universe can look forward to the feuds and rivalries from WrestleMania spilling into the LDLC Arena on May 4.

Hot on the heels of Backlash 2023, which took place in Puerto Rico and delivered some of the year's most memorable moments, Backlash 2024 will again have plenty of international flair. If this is a sign of things to come for the annual event, we're all for it – the thought of Backlash taking place around the world is an enticing one!

Money in the Bank has long been a fan-favorite event for the WWE Universe, and on July 6, the 2024 edition will be broadcast live from Toronto, Canada! The PLE will be the highlight of a whirlwind weekend of WWE events for Canadian fans, as it is slated to be bookended by SmackDown on Friday and NXT Heatwave on Sunday. Talk about a dream weekend of WWE action; in our minds, it doesn't get any better than chaotic ladder matches featuring some of the best up-and-coming WWE Superstars.

WWE Bash in Berlin – August 31, 2024

While SummerSlam traditionally marks the end of summer for most members of the WWE Universe, in 2024, a new PLE will have the honor of ending the season as WWE presents Bash in Berlin on August 31! Who says France gets to have all the fun in 2024, right? Germany's capital city will host the fallout from SummerSlam 2024 and give international fans another opportunity to experience WWE live.

Although WWE frequently makes trips through Germany for non-televised live events, Bash in Berlin will mark the first time Germany will host a Premium Live Event!

Of course, a few standout WWE Premium Live Events haven't been officially announced yet for 2024, including SummerSlam and Survivor Series, two events that have traditionally been some of the most must-see PLEs of the year. Don't worry; USA Insider will continuously update this calendar throughout the year as new information comes in.

You can tune in to Peacock to watch WWE's Royal Rumble on January 27. In the meantime, catch up on all things WWE Universe on Peacock.
