Heather and Tarek El Moussa Spend a Day at the Beach with Their 'Sweet Boy' Tristan

The 'Selling Sunset' alum shared a series of sweet Instagram Stories at the beach with her family

Heather Rae and Tarek El Moussa are ready for summer!

On Friday, May 17, the Selling Sunset alum, 36, shared a series of Instagram Stories of their family’s day at the beach.

Throughout the Stories, Heather shared snapshots of their 15-month-old son Tristan exploring the sandy beaches!

“Spent yesterday at the beach🩷 ,” Heather wrote alongside the first of four Instagram Stories. The photo featured her, Tarek and their son Tristan with their backs to the camera as they headed for the shore.

In the next photo, an inquisitive Tristan is seen beside a beach wagon overflowing with towels. He sports a blue puffer jacket and holds his tiny shovel in the air.

"My sweet boy, 🥰," Heather added in the Stories' caption.

She then shared another photo of her toddler, who was sitting in the sand looking off in the distance, as he sat next to a small soccer ball.

Along with sharing photos from the family’s beach excursion, Heather also shared a sweet video of Brayden, 8, kicking a beach ball around the wide and empty beach. Tarek, 42, shares Brayden with ex-wife Christina Hall.

Heather's final snap included a photo of all four of them walking together in the streets of the beach. Like the first Instagram Story, the group’s backs were facing the camera, but they all remained close to one another.

“My heart is so full,” she wrote on top of the image.

Heather’s post comes after she, Tarek and Tristan, celebrated Mother’s Day with Tarek’s elder two children, Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, their mother Christina and her husband, Joshua Hall.

In Tarek’s Instagram Stories on the evening of May 11, he reposted videos from both Heather and Christina in which they showcased the bright and colorful Mother's Day bouquets that the two families had exchanged that weekend.

Heather posted a quick Instagram Stories video of colorful bouquets she had received from Tarek, as well as Christina and Joshua.

"Thank you for my flowers," she wrote over the video, tagging in Tarek, Christina and Joshua. She also thanked Tarek's children for the bouquet they had sent her.

Christina, meanwhile, shared on her Instagram Stories that the El Moussas had returned the gesture and sent her a bouquet.
