Heather Rae El Moussa’s Son Tristan Reached a Messy New Milestone & the Video Is ‘Just Too Cute’

Heather Rae El Moussa’s baby Tristan is ready for swimming season! The 15-month-old, who Heather Rae shares with husband Tarek El Moussa, just showed off his spittingly funny new milestone, and it’s totally going to come in handy in the pool — even if it is a little messy in his high chair.

“It looks like our little Tristan Bear learned how to spit out his water today lol,” Tarek captioned a sweet video on Instagram. “Just too cute, there’s nothing like a baby’s giggle❤️”

Tristan wears blue-and-white rainbow pajamas as he sits in the high chair in the kitchen. He’s holding a sippy cup with one hand and drinking water through the straw. But as soon as he takes a drink, it immediately spills out of his mouth and down his chin.

“Is that water? What are you doing?” The Flipping El Moussas star croons in the video. Tristan just smiles and does it again. “Are you making the water spill out of your mouth? You’re getting all wet,” Tarek adds. He zooms in to show the front of Tristan’s shirt, which is soaking wet and sticking to his skin. He just spits out another mouthful of water in response, clearly enjoying himself.

Tristan giggles every time he spits out the water, showing off his adorable little teeth. How can you be worried about the mess when your baby is this stinkin’ cute?! (Answer: It’s impossible.)

“Hehehe sweet boy ❤️” Heather Rae commented on the video of her son. In an interview with TODAY earlier this month, the Selling Sunset star opened up about the “adjustments” her and Tarek had to make after welcoming son Tristan into their family. (Tarek is also dad to kids Taylor, 13, and Brayden, 9, with ex Christina Hall.)

“Suddenly all of my time was going into our baby, but you have to remember to still be a wife,” she said. “I think marriage is hard in general, right? And then you add kids into it and that makes it even harder.”

Now, though, things are going great. “After the first year though, I feel like everything really fell into place for our family. Tarek and I are thriving,” she said, adding that she isn’t sure if they will have another baby or not. “Can we add on one more and still be able to have a successful marriage and a successful life? We just need to think on it,” Heather Rae said. “I know we would never regret (it), and my heart is still held open to wanting one.”

With a baby as cute as Tristan, it’s no wonder she wants another one!
