Heather Locklear has reportedly been hospitalized.

TMZ reported on Monday that the former "Melrose Place" actress was taken to a hospital for a psych evaluation after a concerned family member called 911 expressing concern for her erratic behavior.

The call was reportedly made on Sunday afternoon and involved Locklear's relative telling law enforcement that the actress was threatening to hurt herself and "trying find a gun to shoot herself" with. TMZ added that "the incident was only medical, nothing criminal."

Locklear's hospitalization comes two months after she pleaded not guilty to charges that she kicked and shoved Ventura County Sheriff's deputies who had responded to a call about potential domestic violence in her home in February.

The incident involved an altercation between Locklear and her high school sweetheart boyfriend, Chris Heisser, who was arrested for a DUI just hours after Locklear's February arrest stemming from the incident.

Locklear was charged for one count of felony domestic violence and three counts of misdemeanor battery on a police officer and could face up to five years in prison. She reportedly entered rehab in March, which is when a source told ET that she was sober.

This story will be updated with further details once they're available.
