Heather Locklear was arrested Sunday night after allegedly punching a police officer and kicking am EMT, Page Six reports. The arrest comes just a few days after Locklear was released from a three-day psychiatric hold.

Locklear was reportedly intoxicated when a family member made a disturbance call to police. The 56-year-old was "intoxicated and agitated."

Locklear punched an officer when he attempted to separate her from her family, according to reports. She then kicked an EMT as paramedics put her on a gurney.

After taking her into custody, police booked Locklear for two counts of misdemeanor battery upon an officer and emergency personnel. She was arrested on near-identical charges in February.

Locklear was evaluated at a hospital and is now being held on $20,000 bail.

In March, authorities raided Locklear's home searching for a gun. Earlier this month she was hospitalized after threatening to shoot herself.

It's unclear which family member made the call to authorities and who was present in the home during the altercation. In February, it was her brother who contacted police after arriving at Locklear's to find her in a heated argument with her boyfriend.

Locklear shares daughter Ava with ex Richie Sambora.
