He's a Super Bowl champion and a morning show mainstay, but Michael Strahan's proudest title is Dad.

The Good Morning America anchor is a proud father of four kids: his son Michael Jr., 29, daughter Tanita, 32, and twin girls Isabella and Sophia, both 19. He shares his eldest two with his first wife, Wanda Hutchins, and welcomed his younger daughters with his ex-wife Jean Muggli.

Over the years, Strahan has continuously celebrated his blended family. In a 2016 interview with PEOPLE, the former New York Giants player credited his kids as his source of strength: "To me it’s all about family, now more than anything," he said.

Strahan and his daughter Isabella joined together to share that she was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a malignant brain tumor, during her first semester of college. The father-daughter duo spoke with his Good Morning America co-anchor Robin Roberts to deliver the update on Isabella's health and treatment in January 2024.

"I literally think that, in a lot of ways, I'm the luckiest man in the world, because I've got an amazing daughter," Strahan said in the interview. "I know she's going through it, but I know that we're never given more than we can handle and that she is going to crush this."

Months earlier, Strahan got to celebrate his twin daughters when they graduated high school. The morning show host congratulated Sophia and Isabella — who went to different high schools — on their accomplishments with individual social media posts.

Flying High

Strahan shared a photo alongside Isabella as they both held up two fingers — nodding to the University of South California's symbolic "V for victory" gesture — at her graduation ceremony.

In his Instagram caption, the dad of four praised his college-bound daughter.

"✌️ Out high school and on to USC!!! So proud of you, @isabellastrahan!!! Intelligent, beautiful, and hard-working!! I can’t wait to continue to watch you shine!! Love you! ❤️❤️ #GirlDad," he wrote.

In his graduation day post for Sophia, the former NFL star announced she was off to study at Duke University in the fall. A few months later, the proud father shared a glimpse at her drop-off on the North Carolina campus.

“Dropped off the youngest of the tribe @sophialstrahan at college! Can’t believe how time has flown by and I’m so proud of her. I know she’s going to crush college life!! #DukeDad,” he wrote on Instagram.

Strahan got to share the spotlight with his daughter Isabella in 2022, when she made her runway modeling debut at a Sherri Hill fashion show. He shared footage from her stylish moment in an Instagram Reel and basked in her glow in his caption.

"As a parent, there is nothing like watching your child succeed at what they love with a smile on their face! #ProudDad #GirlDad," the retired athlete wrote alongside the video.

Both of Strahan's eldest kids, Tanita and Michael Jr., whom he shares with ex-wife Wanda Hutchins, were born and raised in Germany. The football star opened up to PEOPLE about raising kids who lived abroad and how he committed himself to showing up as dad despite the distance.

"I think a lot of times when you split, people assume that the mother is supposed to take responsibility for the kids," he said in 2016. "But from day one, it was very important for me to be active, to be a part of their life. I was constantly on planes and phones. And it's very hard — of course it's hard with them being in Germany. But one thing I learned is, you make time for what you want to make time for."

Runs in the Family

According to Strahan, he and his eldest daughter, Tanita — who works as a visual artist and illustrator, per her website — both have "silent strong" personalities.

Speaking to New York Family in 2013, Strahan explained, "She's not going to be one to walk into a room and make it all about her. She definitely has an opinion and she's very smart and she knows what she wants, which I love about her."

Father-Son Bond

The GMA star praised his only son's intelligence during his interview with New York Family.

"He's a very particular young man. He's very smart too," Strahan said in 2013. "He likes to say to me, 'Dad, you're smart, but you cannot challenge me in the fields of math and science.' "

Growing Up Together

On Tanita's 31st birthday in 2022, Strahan stitched together a sweet throwback and a more recent selfie with his first-born in a heartfelt Instagram tribute.

"Please help me wish her the most amazing day," the TV personality said of Tanita in the post's caption. "So proud of the person and artist you have become my baby. Proud to be your Dad❤️❤️❤️❤️"

All-Star Girl-Dad

"Every day is #InternationalWomensDay in this house!! ❤️❤️," Strahan captioned an Instagram post with his three girls in March 2023.
