Hear a new song from country-rockers Blackberry Smoke, 'Best Seat in the House'

Acclaimed country-rock pioneers Blackberry Smoke are poised to release their anticipated sixth album, Find a Light, on Apr. 6. Self-produced by the band, the album also features special guests Robert Randolph (“I’ll Keep Ramblin’”), Amanda Shires (“Let Me Down Easy”), and the Wood Brothers (“Mother Mountain”).

Yahoo Entertainment is excited to give fans a taste of the new album with the exclusive premiere of “Best Seat in the House.” Frontman Charlie Starr, who wrote the track, notes that the tune has a bit of a lyrical edge behind it: “That song is sort of a sarcastic complaint … we all want what we ain’t got. It’s not enough to get in, people want front row.”

Blackberry Smoke’s last album, 2016’s Like an Arrow, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Country and Americana charts. The band will be hitting the road through 2018 in support of the new music, including a few dates supporting Lynyrd Skynyrd’s farewell tour. To keep up with their schedule, check here.
