Top may be used using time as a public health control (TPHC) (4 hour hold time and then TCS food discarded). Bottom shouldn't be used until make table is fixed. Vent hood on pizza make table has dust buildup. Pizza vent hood has buildup of grease."

MANNAWEENTA ETHIOPIAN/ERITREAN RESTAURANT (1055 GAINES SCHOOL RD STE 107): 84. Inspector notes: "Open bag of pancake mix stored on shelf without protection from contamination. Employee handwash sign not present in restroom."

CAPTAIN D'S #3877 (425 PRINCE AVE): 83. Inspector notes: "Dried food debris in cavity of microwave oven. CA: Clean cavity of microwave every 24 hours during period of use. Employee wearing wristwatch during food preparation. Metal pans stacked wet after washing. Use of George Foreman grills not approved for use in Food Service Establishments. Mold growth on fan guard in WI (walk-in) cooler. Floor tile damage at threshold to WI freezer and in front of WI door. Tile damage on wall next to microwave ovens. Beverage syrup on floor beneath self-serve drink dispensers in dining area. Employee shoes stored above ketchup at front counter near register."
