The double documentary Kevin Hart & Chris Rock: Headliners Only is heading to Netflix. The film follows both comedians on their recent co-headlining “Rock Hart: Only Headliners Allowed” tour, which made stops in New York and New Jersey last summer. Out Dec. 12, the documentary will go behind the scenes of the five-show run as the duo unpacks their individual journeys and how they came to be intertwined.

Kevin Hart & Chris Rock: Headliners Only is directed by Rashidi Harper, and according to a synopsis will “give audiences a behind the scenes glimpse into the lives of two comedy titans … as they give first hand accounts of their early lives, struggles, triumphs and their unbreakable brotherhood.”

Hart and Rock’s friendship stretches back two decades, but the tour marked their first time sharing a stage together. “When Chris and I realized we were both going to be on tour this year we immediately knew we needed to do something special,” Hart shared when the tour was first announced. “I cannot think of a better way to celebrate the return of live comedy than to co-headline a show with my brother Chris Rock. This is a major moment in comedy and one for the history books.”

During the tour, the pair performed a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden. There, Hart took the opportunity to truly honor Rock as someone he considers both a friend and mentor — so he got him a real-life goat, to signify his G.O.A.T. status.

“He’s a large part of the reason that I am where I am today in my career just from his advice, his insight, et cetera, and he’s my G.O.A.T. He’s my guy, and I wanted him to feel that,” Hart said on The Tonight Show last year. “In my mind, I thought the goat’s gonna come out and do a tight 2 minutes. Instead, he shit on Chris’s shoes. He destroyed Chris’s shoes. Chris had on some white moon boots, and the goat got him.”
