HBO Max Lands Streaming Rights to BBC’s ‘Doctor Who,’ ‘Top Gear,’ ‘The Office’ and ‘Luther’

All 11 seasons of “Doctor Who” will stream exclusively on HBO Max when the WarnerMedia streaming service launches next year, the company announced on Thursday. The streaming rights fall under a new deal with BBC Studios to make shows from the studio available on HBO Max.
