Get your haunt on this weekend with Southern Ghost Girls at Fitzgerald Museum

There’s still time to get in on the fun at one of Montgomery’s favorite haunts this weekend.

The Scott & Zelda Fitzgerald Museum, 919 Felder Ave., has two nights of spooky activities ahead courtesy of Southern Ghost Girls Tours.

Friday’s Halloween Season Ghost Hunt and Dining with the Dead

• When: Friday from 7-11 p.m.

• Info: Psychic medium and paranormal investigator Lesley Ann Hyde will lead a Halloween Ghost Hunt and Dinner at the museum. It’s an interactive event with the team leading guests through the museum, which was the home of F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald from 1931-1932. Explore upstairs and downstairs in search of any spirits that may be lingering, using paranormal investigation equipment. The investigation runs around four hours, but you are free to leave when you like. This is also a “Dining  with the Dead” event. They’ll serve food with a special Halloween Gatsby Punch.

Saturday’s Halloween Roaring ‘20s Murder Mystery Event

• When: Saturday from 6-9 p.m.

• Info: You can come dressed in your Roaring 1920s best and be part of a murder mystery game to catch the killer. You get to be fun characters, and don’t have to memorize anything. The event also includes beverages and hor d’ oeuvres and Gatsby Punch.

Late Saturday Ghost Hunt and Paranormal Investigation

• When: Saturday from 9 p.m. until 12:30 a.m.

• Info: Southern Ghost Girls will lead a paranormal investigation around the museum using special equipment. Groups will be led upstairs and downstairs in the former Fitzgerald home in search of spirits. This is a family friendly event. There are meet and greet and photo opportunities with the Southern Ghost Girls.
