Harvest Moon Drive-In now offering truck beds for cozy movie-viewing

GIBSON CITY, Ill. (WCIA) — The Harvest Moon Twin Drive-In in Gibson City is giving visitors a new experience.

You can now rent pick-up truck beds to watch a movie. One is stationed at each screen near the concessions and restrooms, and costs $35. That includes a comfy air mattress and the use of a brand new, premium boombox radio.

Paxton’s First Friday’s concert series fully announced

A parking space directly next to the bed is reserved for truck bed users as well to allow for ease of setting up or taking down your belongings from your car.

Booking for the truck bed experience is done in advance by purchasing movie tickets on Harvest Moon’s website.
