Harry Styles takes a tumble on stage at San Diego concert

There seems to be a new trend dominating pop concerts: falling. Earlier this week, Demi Lovato wiped out while jamming to her new single “Cool For The Summer,” and Thursday, One Direction’s Harry Styles flopped sideways trying to pump up the crowd.

1D kicked off their “On the Road Again” tour in San Diego Thursday night and the crowd intensified their screams once they saw Styles’ drawn-out fall as he tried to slide down a mic stand.

While speaking to EW earlier this month, Styles said the tour wouldn’t include any new choreography. “We don’t really do much choreography anyway,” he said. “We kind of just stand on stage.” But it looks like Styles can now add “wiping out” to his arsenal of on-stage moves.
