Celebrating the release of Harry Styles’ self-titled debut solo album on May 12, the singer announced a weeklong residency on The Late Late Show With James Corden beginning May 15.
Styles -- who’s a good friend of the host -- chatted him up via FaceTime while trying to figure out his living situation when he visits L.A next month. The video clip shows Corden catching up on Styles' Rolling Stone cover story and playing his lead solo single “Sign of the Times” in the background. Clearly a big fan of the One Direction star, Corden of course offered the singer a place to crash at his house. However, since Styles is serious about his craft, he opted to sleep in the show’s studio. “I just wanna stay somewhere that feels like home,” Styles explained.
Before ending the video call, the silly duo engage in a charade of who hangs up first before Corden eventually puts the call to rest.
Not sure what’s to come with this special week -- one can hope it will be filled with Harry Style shenanigans and performances.
