Harry Potter Soundtrack Vinyl Box Set Announced

Including songs from the fictional wizard band featuring Pulp and Radiohead members

A new Harry Potter original motion picture soundtrack box set has been announced, gathering the iconic scores from the franchise’s first five films (beginning with 2001’s Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and ending with 2007’s Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix). The first three films were scored by legendary composer John Williams, while Patrick Doyle and Nicholas Hooper were tapped to write the music for Goblet of Fire and Order of the Phoenix respectively. The fourth film’s box set notably includes three songs from a wizard band that includes Radiohead co-founders Jonny Greenwood and Phil Selway, as well as Pulp’s Jarvis Cocker and Steve Mackey. The box set arrives November 17 via Rhino.
