Harry And Meghan Could Be Paying For Their Own Security In The Future
A lot of speculation has been had about how Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan Markle plan to make a living for themselves now that they have been untangling themselves from the Royal Family web.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced earlier this month that they were planning to step down as senior members of the palace in order to become financially independent. Now we are starting to get an idea of what that life could look like for the pair.

The biggest issue standing in Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan's way -- at least where financial independence is concerned -- is that they are not allowed to make money off of being a Royal Family member.
This has led to much debate over the couple's future, as some of the Royals' costs are covered by taxpayers in the United Kingdom. Reports have claimed Canadian citizens are now worried they will have to foot the bill for the Sussexes security detail.
Doing It Themselves
While it is still undecided whether or not the UK or Canada will pay for security for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex while they get settled, plans have already been made for the future. An inside source says Harry and Meghan have every intention to pay for their own security once they begin making their own income.
This is in line with recent news that Harry and Meghan will pay back taxpayer money that was used to renovate Frogmore Cottage, their home in the UK.
Keeping Archie Safe
Security is one of the Sussexes' top priorities. Despite many rumors surrounding the reason for their royal exit, the couple has repeatedly pointed to their infant son, Archie's, future and well-being.
The couple recently admonished the paparazzi for stalking Duchess Meghan and Baby Archie in their new Vancouver home, hiding in bushes and waiting outside their house in order to snap pictures. Prince Harry has been very vocal about his distaste for the press after the sudden death of his mother, Princess Diana, while trying to escape paparazzi.
Is Tinsel Town In The Future?
Still, the Duke and Duchess' financial future could take some time to iron out. Hollywood has expressed a lot of interest in the couple, with everyone from producers to Patrick Stewart speaking up about their excitement to potentially work with Harry and Meghan.
Sources have also pointed out that security would be difficult to pull off for the couple and that the logistics have not been figured out yet. Duchess Meghan does have a project lined up with Disney, but will not be receiving a salary for her voiceover work. A donation will be made to charity, instead.
