JuJu Smith-Schuster, the NFL’s youngest player, turned 21 today, which means that in addition to having a successful rookie campaign and the Pittsburgh Steelers’ 8-2 record, the Steelers’ breakout star has another reason to celebrate.

Aside from Smith-Schuster finally being able to (legally) drink alcohol, Shutdown Corner decided to look at a few ways the young receiver can commemorate the special occasion.

1. Having a “Dragon Ball Z” marathon: Smith-Schuster hasn’t been shy about his love for the popular anime cartoon, so what better way to spend his birthday than watching his beloved Goku take on the biggest threats to the universe?

2. Playing “Madden NFL 18”: While he was initially disappointed in his speed rating in the popular football video game, we’re sure EA Sports has done something to remedy that following his 97-yard touchdown catch-and-run against the Lions last month.

3. Working out at the gym: Smith-Schuster has been the centerpiece in some of Pittsburgh’s most entertaining touchdown celebrations, including serving as the main prop in Le’Veon Bell’s bench-press celebration against the Lions in Week 8.

4. Practicing driving: Smith-Schuster’s mode of transportation has been one of the NFL’s strangest, and funniest, storylines this season. After his precious bike was stolen – and returned – earlier this season, JuJu turned it into a TD celebration. Earlier this month, the Steelers receiver got his driver’s license, meaning he won’t need his bike anymore, but could probably use a driving lesson or two.

5. Brainstorming new touchdown celebrations: Part of what’s made Smith-Schuster such a pleasant story this season is how much fun he’s having on the field. Hopefully JuJu can spend the day with his teammates coming up with more innovative and hilarious antics for after the Steelers score.
