Here’s What Happened at Kanye’s “Project Wyoming” Events

Kanye West is hosting three “Project Wyoming” events this week following the ye listening party in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Tonight, the Chicago and Miami editions took place. The Brooklyn event is set to take place tomorrow.

The “Chicago” party took place at Kuipers Family Farm in Maple Park, Illinois, which is actually about 55 miles west of Chicago (and much closer in distance to DeKalb, Illinois). There was a bonfire, and attendees were played Kanye’s new album ye. Sahar Habibi and DJ Oreo spun new records as well, but new music from Kanye was not revealed at the event. Ticket holders received the opportunity to purchase exclusive merchandise. Check out photos and video below courtesy of Pitchfork contributor Adrienne Samuels Gibbs.

This Friday, Kanye is scheduled to release his new collaborative album with Kid Cudi, Kids See Ghosts. An L.A. listening party for Kids See Ghosts will take place tomorrow. Last night, the cover art for the album was revealed, illustrated by Takashi Murakami.
