Two recent incidents have sparked a raging debate over appropriate behavior in sports. Some Toronto Raptors fans cheered after Golden State Warriors guard Kevin Durant tore his Achilles tendon during the NBA Finals. The U.S. women’s soccer team is catching flak for rubbing their 13-0 shutout in Thailand’s face with exuberant on-field celebrations after late game goals. Is the will to win is making people on and off the field toss aside the spirit of sportsmanship?
