Archer and Ruiney go inside, startled to find a classroom staged by the heartless serial killer. Stunning them both, the mannequins inside the classroom are playing a game of Hangman with Archer and Ruiney’s badges carved on the desk. Furthermore, it is painful when the number of dead bodies are increasing daily in the city. Also, since the Hangman is on the loose, he is frequently killing innocent people. Ultimately, Archer and Ruiney race against time to catch the serial killer.
