Halloween haunted houses, ghost tours and KLAQ parade fun in El Paso

This year, El Pasoans can hang out with their friends and ghosts for a haunting good time.

Here's a look at Halloween events in the El Paso area.

KLAQ Halloween Parade 2023 schedule

The fun family tradition of the KLAQ-FM sponsored Halloween Parade will be Tuesday, Oct. 31, beginning and ending at Album Park.

The event starts at 3:30 p.m.

KLAQ Haunted Houses of Terror

KLAQ-FM 95.5 brings its KLAQ Haunted Houses of Terror to two locations: Desert Warriors Paintball, 13900 Montana Ave., on the East Side and at 750 Sunland Park Drive, near the Shoppes at Solana.

The times and dates are 7 to 10 p.m. Thursdays, 7 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays and 7 to 10 p.m. Sundays through Oct. 31. Student discounts include $5 off on Thursdays with ID and military discounts on Sundays. General admission is $25 per person. For information, visit hauntedhousesofterror.com.

El Paso County Sheriff's Haunted House

The El Paso County Sheriff's Department will have its Haunted House open from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursdays and Sundays and 6 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays through Oct. 31 at the Office Headquarters, 3850 Justice St. Cost is $15 per person. Information: 915-538-2098.

Haunted Orchard in New Mexico

The Bear Base Booster Club will have its Haunted Orchard from 7 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays, Oct. 27-28, and Tuesday, Oct. 31, at 236 Cottonwood Canyon Road, in La Luz, New Mexico. Tickets are $15, plus fees, available for a limited time online at www.nicholsranchandorchards.com

Downtown El Paso hotel rooftop Halloween party

The Hotel Paso Del Norte, Autograph Collection, will have its All Hallows Eve Party from 7 p.m. until 2 a.m. Oct. 31 at El Mirador, the city's rooftop bar. Doors will open at 5 p.m. Costumes are encouraged for the contest at 10 p.m. Food and beverage deals will include $3 tacos and $3 Tecates. No cover charge or reservations. Location 10 Henry Trost Court.

Halloween Trunk or Treat

The El Paso Sheriff's Department will have its Happy Halloween Trunk or Treat from 6 to 9 p.m. Oct. 31 at 190 S. San Elilzario Road. There will be free food and drinks and a costume contest.
