Laurie Strode is ready for a final showdown with killer Michael Myers in a new look at Halloween Ends.

The legendary scream queen Jamie Lee Curtis unveiled a look at her classic character below, along with a knife emoji chopping straight through the caption: "Old dog, new tricks."

Halloween Ends is being billed as the final chapter of the revival trilogy, picking up directly from the ominous ending of last year's Halloween Kills.

Michael looks even more unstoppable following a cliffhanger that had him survive being stabbed with a pitchfork and a beating by Tommy Doyle and Sheriff Brackett's angry mob.

Laurie has more motivation than ever before to kill Michael since he has now murdered her daughter, Karen (Judy Greer), and essentially trapped her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak).

One character who survived an encounter with the killer was Kyle Richards' Lindsey Wallace, who fans first met as a child all the way back in the first-ever Halloween film.

It was recently reported that Richards' return was so popular that a rewrite to Halloween Ends is taking place to give Lindsey a bigger role in the plot.

"When my character didn't die [in Halloween Kills], I was like, 'Uhh, hello!'" the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star told Variety recently. "The last movie, I saw Jamie on the set, but we didn't have stuff together. So I'm really hoping that there is more stuff together."

"I can't talk about any storylines, but all I can say is that we start filming in January, and I'm so excited to return with Jamie Lee Curtis and [director] David Gordon Green."

Halloween Kills is scheduled to be released on October 14, 2022.
