Halle Berry might as well be Benjamin Button. The Oscar-winning actress is 53 years old, although fans of the "Catwoman" actress would likely argue that she doesn't look a day over 40.
Halle embraced Instagram's #FitnessFriday hashtag this past week with a photo that fit her to a T. She posed in a low-key and fuss-free meditation pose while wearing a loose-flowing and earthy-toned dress that didn't seem out to flaunt much.
Fans still got their fix of Halle's jaw-dropping body, though. A flashing of cleavage was met with the mother of all muscles as Halle sat cross-legged with her ultra-strong legs on show.
Eyeing Up 'Another' Jiu-Jitsu Belt
Halle has been in fighting mode of late. The star's new "Bruised" movie has already seen her suffer an injury during a fight scene, although that's what you get when an actress pulls her own stunts.
Halle's caption looked forward to 2020, revealing her goals for the upcoming year.
"I can’t believe it’s been another year of setting goals and smashing them with this incredible community. This Friday, as #2020 approaches, is the perfect time to re-group and set our fitness #intention for the new year," she wrote.
"Next year, my intention is to earn another belt in Jiu Jitsu!" Halle added.
The Sweat-Drenched Instagram Account – Hollywood's Yoga Queen
While half of Hollywood seems to partake in yoga by being photographed arriving at the studio in latex athleisurewear (with or without the Starbucks), Halle keeps it real. That Instagram account is packed with yoga poses and tips, and Halle seems to know her stuff.
Berry is also a giant fan of mediation, having mentioned it countless times on her social media.
“I’ve learned that in my darkest hours, my inner strength is most available to me. I’d like to share with you a simple #meditation that helps me connect to that inner strength and move more easily through the tough times,” Halle wrote earlier this year.
Producers Called Her 'Tired,' Halle Had Other Thoughts
Following her injury on the set of "Bruised," it appeared that Halle had differing thoughts from the movie's producers.
Executive producer, Brian Pitt said: “Halle got slightly injured in the fight. She’s tired. She needed a break.”
Halle? The actress didn't seem too fussed.
“Thank you to all the folks that have showered me with love since my injury. It’s par for the course when you do your own stunts, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Just know I’m far from tired. I’m wide awake...and just getting started! 💪🏽🙏🏽 #BruisedTheMovie," the star wrote to her followers.
Xmas Pounds? You've Basically Found Your Fitspo
With everyone groaning as the reality of those holiday pounds kick in, it can be easy to turn to quick fixes. While the celebrity world is nowhere near done churning out weight loss promos – "Teen Mom 2" star Chelsea Houska just dropped her latest ad – other stars are going down the "no pain no gain" route.
Halle's Instagram remains one to follow for anyone seeking a little celeb fitspo. Anyone extra keen might also want to check out 46-year-old Kate Beckinsale's epic workouts, Miley Cyrus' yogi updates, or rising fitness face Jordyn Woods' updates.
