Halle Bailey, DDG Continue To Spark Pregnancy Rumors In New Photos

Halle Bailey and DDG have continued to spark new rumors surrounding a possible pregnancy.
In new photos caught by paparazzi on Monday (Oct. 16), Halle was seen wearing an oversized hoodie with her belly seemingly protruding underneath.
The Little Mermaid star has been speculated to be expecting after she wore an oversized dress to Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour in August and also shared old footage from a rehearsal. Immediately fans began debating on whether the “Angel” crooner may be entering motherhood soon.
Neither Halle nor DDG have confirmed the pregnancy, as of publication.
In the same month, her sister Chlöe Bailey took to Instagram Live to tell critics to keep her sisters name out of their mouths.
“Y’all better keep my sister’s name out your mouth, thank you. Amen, hallelujah,” she said. “‘Bout to get me riled the hell up.” Somebody off-camera chimed in by stating, “We don’t play about Halle.” To which Chloe responded, “No. Like, what the heck? Period.”
Chlöe received much backlash for defending her sister, including negative feedback from media personality Funky Dineva who called DDG a “loser.” The Tea-G-I-F commentator also claimed to know that Halle is with child.

“I don’t like people playing in our face. The girl is literally pregnant. She’s pregnant,” he said back in August. Speaking to a recent vlog by DDG, where The Color Purple lead could be seen in the background, he added, “I analyzed that video. It’s one thing to have that big piece on, she was waddling and then when she went to put her arm around the girl, the dress draped over the stomach. You could visibly see the bump.”
He went on to declare that Chlöe “didn’t shut down sh*t” with her IG Live video. He also suggested that if Halle wants to shut down pregnancy rumors, then she should “stay her a** home” or show a video of her stomach currently. On top of it all, he stated that he believes DDG trapped Halle with a baby, if she is indeed pregnant.
After the Fox Soul episode went viral, Chlöe and Halle seemingly responded to Funky Dineva’s sentiments with a simple tweet. The Swarm actress tweeted, “Lol, people be so mad at your happiness. Get help,” to which Halle followed up with, “They need help immediately!!!!”

Ahead of the reimagined 1985 Steven Spielberg film, Halle found herself defending her relationship once again. Speaking to Glamour magazine, she shared that she’s intentional about keeping her private life away from the public.
“It’s really funny how people look at you [as] still being this young girl, still being this innocent, untouchable thing,” she said. “I appreciate that as I venture into adulthood, I’m able to make my own decisions. For my peace and my sanity, I have to keep that private.”
“Mentally, sometimes it’s really difficult being in this industry knowing that there are so many opinions [about] you and what you’re doing, or what you should be or what you could be doing better,” she continued. “People sometimes put you on this pedestal. They forget that you’re a real human being. They forget that you have feelings, that you cry.”
