Hailee Steinfeld Smiles with Boyfriend Josh Allen's Mom While Shopping Together

The two smiled together in a photo shared by the shop on Instagram over the weekend

Hailee Steinfeld is doing some shopping with boyfriend Josh Allen's mom, Lavonne.

The pair recently visited the Leveled Up Buffalo shop in East Aurora, New York, where they picked up some items in support of Bills quarterback Allen, 27.

A photo posted on the store's Instagram Saturday showed Steinfeld, 26, leaning in close to Lavonne as they posed with the shop's owner Lindsey Vega, shopping bags in hand.

"Pinch Me," read the caption on the photo, which Vega also shared on her personal Instagram Story.

Steinfeld and Allen have been spotted together several times since their first public outing on May 25 — shortly after rumors began circulating that the athlete had split from his longtime girlfriend Brittany Williams — then again two days later on what appeared to be a double date.

In June, a source close to the couple told PEOPLE they were "still dating and getting to know each other" at the time.

"He's going to be very busy with training camp, though, so they're not putting too much pressure on things and will see where it goes," the source added.

After being seen out together multiple times, a source close to the Hawkeye actress previously told PEOPLE the "cute couple" had been "hanging out for a few weeks."

"It's new, but they are having fun," the source added. (Reps for Steinfeld and Allen have not responded to requests for comment.)

Allen addressed the attention around his relationship during an August appearance on the Pardon My Take podcast, when he was asked if he'd seen headlines about him "making out with his girlfriend" since they began spending time together in May.

"The fact that anybody cares about that still blows my mind," the NFL star responded.

He then went on to condemn the lengths some photographers have gone to catch a photo of him and the Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse actress.

Allen recalled a specific instance where he spotted a photographer "on a boat" trying to snap a shot of the couple, saying it's a "gross feeling" and creates a sense of "insecurity" for him and Steinfeld.

Neither Allen nor Steinfeld have publicly confirmed the status of their relationship, but the football player took no issue with the podcast's hosts referring to the actress as his girlfriend during the interview.
