Gwyneth Paltrow Shares Shirtless Photo of Husband Brad Falchuk: 'Picture of Wellness, No?'

Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk have been married since 2018; the pair each have two teenage children from previous marriages

Gwyneth Paltrow is showing off her man.

On Wednesday, Paltrow, 51, shared a photo of her husband Brad Falchuk to her Instagram Story which showed the television writer and producer shirtless as he stepped through a doorway.

"Picture of wellness, no?" the actress and Goop founder wrote in a caption to the photo, as a shirtless Falchuk, 53, smiles as he looks back toward her camera.

Paltrow, who appeared on the YouTube wings-based series Hot Ones in its latest episode Thursday, posted several images of her and her husband on Instagram in recent weeks. This past Sunday, the Academy Award winner shared a selfie of her and Falchuk laying down on white cushions; Paltrow simply wrote, "Dimanche" — the French word for Sunday — as a caption to the picture.

On March 1, Paltrow celebrated Falchuk's 53rd birthday with a separate image she shared to her main Instagram feed showing her and her husband snuggled up together at a beach-set backdrop at night. "Happy birthday @bradfalchuk, You are my everything💙," she wrote in the caption to that post.

Paltrow and Falchuk first met in 2010 when Paltrow appeared on Glee, which her husband co-created with Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennon.

The couple went public with their relationship in April 2015 at Robert Downey Jr.'s birthday party, secretly got engaged in 2017 and ultimately married in 2018, creating a blended family between the two children they each share with former spouses.

Paltrow shares two children — Apple, 19, and Moses, 17 — with her ex-husband Chris Martin, while Falchuk shares two kids of his own — Isabella, 19, and Brody, 17 — with his ex-wife Suzanne Bukinik.

When Paltrow spoke with PEOPLE in November about life with a blended family, she said, “It’s hard, and it’s not intuitive, and nobody tells you how to do it. You just stick with it. Now it’s one of the things that brings me the most happiness in my life."

The actress has spoken at length about adjusting to life as a stepmom over the years; back in 2021, she expressed realizing she was at first not sure how to approach the blended family situation as she described Isabella and Brody as her "two beautiful stepchildren" on The goop Podcast.

"It's been a really interesting challenge for me and I love them," she said at the time. "I've learned so much about myself through the process."
