Gwyneth Paltrow's kids are looking all grown up!

On Friday, May 10, the Goop founder, 51, shared a carousel of photos on her Instagram, posing with Oprah Winfrey and her two kids, daughter Apple, 19, and son Moses, 18. Wearing a brown suit and her blonde hair long, Paltrow smiles as she poses next to Winfrey, who glows in an all-white ensemble.

On the other side of Winfrey, Apple wears a black suit, bearing a striking resemblance to her mom. Next to the college student, Moses stands straight, wearing khaki pants and a white long-sleeve, looking like the spitting image of dad Chris Martin.

"A few of my favorite things…Montecito, dinner al fresco, and quality time with friends and family. Oh and being in bed by 9PM. What a special night with @goop and @loropiana," Paltrow wrote in her caption.

Earlier this spring, Paltrow opened up during the keynote panel at the In Goop Health Summit about how she's set to become an empty nester in the fall when Moses leaves for college, per The Hollywood Reporter.

"It’s kind of giving me a nervous breakdown, if I’m honest," the mom of two said. "I started being like, ‘Oh my God, and I need to quit my job and I need to sell my house and I need to move.’ It’s sort of putting things into turmoil.”

She continued, “My identity has been being a mother. Apple’s going to be 20 in May. So I’ve oriented my whole life around them and their schedules and when school starts. You start to let go in increments when they’re driving themselves around or doing certain things. It is a slower process.”

However, Paltrow said she's working on changing her attitude about the big transition.

“Psychologist-astrologist Jennifer Freed said, ‘I would like you to think of it as being free birds instead of having an empty nest.’ And that resonates,” Paltrow said, per THR. “Instead of creating a sense of loss — what if I were free? And I could say yes to a girls’ weekend, because I didn’t feel guilty. That kind of thing.”

In an interview with CULTURED from April, Paltrow shared that she doesn't really understand memes on the internet and often finds herself tapping her her two kids for help translating them.

"This one meme, 'I'm baby,' " Paltrow explained of a recent meme she asked her kids about. "I'm like, 'What the f---? What does that mean?' And then everyone tries to explain what 'I'm baby' means. I finally got it."

Asked how Paltrow is going to understand memes when she soon becomes an empty nester as her son Moses heads off to college, the star added, "Luckily, I talk to my daughter multiple times a day, and I’m sure when Moses goes it will be the same."
