Gwyneth Paltrow named World's Most Beautiful Woman
Take that, Gwyneth haters!
If it seems like Gwyneth Paltrow has it all, it’s because she kind of does. There’s an Oscar on her mantle, a dreamy rock star husband and two adorable kids at home, and a blockbuster franchise about to unleash its third installment. Only one thing was missing — the title of World’s Most Beautiful Woman — and now she has that too!
Paltrow graces the just-unveiled cover of People magazine’s annual Most Beautiful People issue, taking over cover girl duties from real-life buddy Beyonce, who topped the magazine’s list last year.
Talking about her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, Paltrow joked that he isn’t used to seeing her glamorous side. “He’ll make a joke about it. If I’ve gotten fully dressed up, he’ll be like, ‘Oh, wow! You’re Gwyneth Paltrow!’ Because he’s used to seeing me in, like, baggy shorts and frizzy hair,” the Iron Man 3 starlet says.
The 40-year-old actress is in good company — Adele, Jennifer Lawrence, Drew Barrymore, Kerry Washington, Amanda Seyfried, Zooey Deschanel, Kelly Rowland, and Kristen Stewart also made the list.
