Gwyneth Paltrow admits to toilet-papering Arnold Schwarzenegger’s house when she was young
Gwyneth Paltrow was in the Halloween spirit when she dropped by Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Monday. In fact, she came dressed as Winnie the Pooh’s much more sophisticated relative, Gwynnie the Pooh.
Paltrow is the daughter of the late film director Bruce Paltrow and actress Blythe Danner. So when she was younger, trick-or-treating was an A-list affair.
“Would you be with other celebrity kids?” asked host Jimmy Kimmel. “Knocking on Jack Nicholson's door or whatever?”
“Well Arnold Schwarzenegger used to live on our street,” Paltrow said. “We would knock on his door for candy.”
While Arnold Schwarzenegger is a super successful actor and the former governor of California, Paltrow claimed he didn’t give out treats. So she and her friends gave him a trick.
“We did end up T.P.-ing his house, though,” Paltrow said. “We did it unfortunately to a few houses there. But he was our pride and joy.”
Even though she spilled the beans on national television, Paltrow hoped it would just stay between her and Kimmel.
“Don't tell him,” she implored.
