There was no doubt Saturday Night Live was a highlight for Gwen Stefani. Fresh off the release of her first solo effort in a decade, the blonde bombshell delivered cuts off her latest set This Is What The Truth Feels Like and even donned “Space Shorts.”
Before grabbing the mic, the former No Doubt frontwoman joined SNL host Peter Dinklage (a.k.a. Game of Thrones’ Tyrion Lannister) for a space-y sketch that included Dinklage in #SpacePants. He played a lounge singer in a restaurant filled with mobsters, singing lines like “Look at my pants, with the eyes in your face/ My pants are covered in space.” Indeed, his leg wear design was galactic as was Gwen’s.

She then launched into the anti-loner record “Misery,” suited in tattered denim jeans and a frilly, fishnet top. Even her new flame, Blake Shelton had to react on Twitter. “Wow… @gwenstefani peformance of “misery”.. Brilliant,” he wrote.
