Gwen Stefani Gushes About Blake Shelton Being a 'Good Dad' to Her Kids

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are getting ready to kick off the new season of "The Voice," as co-judges, but it's their personal partnership that is the real triumph!

Stefani sat down Monday with Hoda Kotb on "TODAY" and spoke about how great Shelton is with her three children.

“He is a good dad, actually,” the "No Doubt" singer explained.

She added, "He’s been helping me out a lot, so I literally get to the point where I’m like, ‘You gotta get home, I need help.' It’s hard ... I got three boys."

Stefani has three boys; Kingston, Apollo and Zuma, from her previous marriage to Gavin Rossdale.

Stefani and Shelton will be teaming up when she returns as a judge on the upcoming season of "The Voice."

The 49-year-old singer was revealed as Adam Levine's replacement after the longtime judge revealed he would be leaving the NBC show.

Stefani spoke on working with Shelton while being in a relationship, and could hardly hide her excitement:

“I just never thought in my wildest dreams, on paper, a cowboy and a ska-like girl from Anaheim would be hanging out, but it works perfect and we’re just having so much fun, and we just feel so blessed to be at this point in our lives."

The two stars are joining Kelly Clarkson and John Legend ... along with Taylor Swift, who was just revealed as the show's Mega Mentor.

Season 17 of "The Voice" premieres Monday on NBC.
