Stefani and Shelton tied the knot on July 3, 2021 at Shelton's ranch in Oklahoma
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are Christmas ready!
On Wednesday, tan artist Isabel Alysa shared a snap of the couple’s Christmas card, which also features Stefani’s three sons — Kingston James, 17, Zuma Nesta, 15, and Apollo Bowie, 9, who she shares with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.
“Thank you @gwenstefani I love you!,” Alysa wrote on her Instagram Stories with a snapshot of the card that contained the words, “Happy Holidays” and “With love from Glen, Blake and the Boys.”
While the guys were dressed in classic black suits, the “Don’t Speak” singer wore a long gown. She and Shelton appeared to be in great spirits as they both looked at the boys, who also had bright smiles on their faces.

Shelton and Stefani’s family snap comes after he opened up about being a stepfather to his wife’s children.
"I've had step-parents," Shelton said on TODAY in November. "I think it's, in some ways, harder, more difficult. I try to be careful about when to step back and be smart about when to step back and just talk, but no matter what, I'm always there if I'm needed."

Meanwhile, Stefani revealed earlier this month that she and her country singer husband won’t be ringing in the New Year together.
“Well, it's funny because I was going to be at his show, and then Vegas called and wanted me to be in Vegas," Stefani told Access Hollywood ahead of Shelton’s performance at New Year's Eve Live: Nashville's Big Bash.
"Last year, I did Vegas and I was like, 'Remind me to never do Vegas again.' [But] you sometimes want to... not be the host," added the No Doubt performer. "So I was like, 'Eh, I'm gonna do it. If you're gonna be working then I'm gonna be working.' So I'm just gonna fly in and out. It's gonna be awesome. I'm really looking forward to it."
