Gwen Stefani Attends Sons' First Communion After Suffering a Ruptured Eardrum: 'I'm Really Happy Right Now'

A milestone day! Gwen Stefani took to Snapchat on Saturday to celebrate an important day in her kids' lives.

The singer's two eldest sons, Kingston,10, and Zuma, 8, celebrated their first communion at the church alongside their cousin, Stella.

Stefani posted photos and videos of the family, including one of her brother, Todd Stefani, his wife, Jennifer, and their daughter, Stella, who sported a pretty white dress and veil for the occasion.

She also panned around the entire group of kids with the caption, "Proud Mom."

After the service, the family celebrated with lots of tasty treats in a room where a banner read, "God Bless Kingston, Zuma, & Stella."

The Voice coach turned the camera on herself at one point quietly declaring, "I'm really happy right now."

This joyous occasion comes after Stefani reportedly suffered a ruptured eardrum, which prevented her from performing at a Las Vegas charity event.

The No Doubt frontwoman was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and was forced to miss the 21st Keep Memory Alive Power of Love gala.
