Get a Taste Of This

Guy Fieri's son wants a taste of the good life. The food personality's son, Hunter, spoke to Delish and says he wants to follow in his dad's footsteps, and he's already showing signs he wants to create his own "Flavortown."

Like Father Like Son

Ever since Hunter was born in 1996, his dad has been in the restaurant business. That year, Fieri opened his first eatery, California Pasta Grill.

When Hunter was 10, his dad won on the reality TV show "Food Network Star," which certainly didn't hurt Fieri's career. After that accolade, Fieri came out with the show "Guy's Big Bite." But he's best known as the host of the reality show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives."

No Special Favors

After college, Hunter began to focus on the food industry. According to Guy, Hunter worked his way up the ladder, not getting any special breaks from dad. And now he says he wants to be just like his famous father.

According to Delish, Hunter says:

"I want to follow in the same path because I feel like I can kill it with that. I want it all. I want to open my own restaurants — to have things that I created and things my dad created and run this empire."

"I want the restaurants and the shows and the cookbooks — and more. I have to one-up dad, of course."

He's Aiming For the Top

Hunter is already referring to himself as the "Prince of Flavortown" on his Instagram page, so we can't say he's not looking to take over the place whenever his dad decides to hang up his apron.
