Embark on a journey with Starflake as she travels through the stars, Earth and beyond. There will also be festive holiday decor around the visitor complex throughout December, including a 50-foot tree with more than 61,000 pixels of light, six-foot-tall astronaut nutcrackers and more. Holiday Market and Snowfest in Melbourne

Enjoy homemade crafts, Christmas gifts and more at Melbourne Auditorium, 625 E. Hibiscus Blvd., Melbourne, on Friday, Dec. 15 at 3 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a Kidzone that includes a snow slide  on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. Admission to the event is free, but there is a $5 fee for Kidzone. Holiday bike parade in Cocoa Village

The parade will be at Riverfront Park, 401 Riveredge Blvd., Cocoa, on Friday, Dec. 15. Check-in and pre-ride activities are at 6 p.m., and the ride starts at 6:30. Prizes will be awarded for best-decorated adult, child, group and judge’s choice. Visit visitcocoavillage.com.

Port St. John Christmas parade

The Port St. John Christmas parade will take place on Saturday, Dec. 16 at 11 a.m. The parade route will be east along Fay Blvd. from Waterloo Ave. to Carole Ave. The theme for this year’s parade is “The wonder of Christmas morning.” Visit portstjohncommunityfoundation.com.

Downtown Melbourne candlelight shopping

Get in the holiday spirit by visiting downtown Melbourne along New Haven Ave. for special candlelight shopping from 4 to 8 p.m. every Saturday from Nov. 25 through Dec. 16. Jingle Bell 2 Miler in Satellite Beach

Jingle all the way down DeSoto Parkway and take a tour of the festive lights on Verbenia Court in Satellite Beach at this annual 2-mile run/walk. Holiday boat parade in Satellite Beach

Holiday Concert at The Avenue Viera
