'A Holly Jolly Holiday' at Melbourne Civic Theatre

Henegar Holiday Spectacular: 'Glad Tidings'

Holidays in Space at Kennedy Space Center

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Space Commerce Way, Merritt Island, presents “Starflake’s Holiday Voyage,” a nightly projected show, from Dec. 15 through 30. Embark on a journey with Starflake as she travels through the stars, Earth and beyond. There will also be festive holiday decor around the visitor complex throughout December, including a 50-foot tree with more than 61,000 pixels of light, six-foot-tall astronaut nutcrackers and more. Holiday Market and Snowfest in Melbourne

Enjoy homemade crafts, Christmas gifts and more at Melbourne Auditorium, 625 E. Hibiscus Blvd., Melbourne, on Friday, Dec. 15 at 3 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a Kidzone that includes a snow slide  on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. Admission to the event is free, but there is a $5 fee for Kidzone. Holiday bike parade in Cocoa Village

The parade will be at Riverfront Park, 401 Riveredge Blvd., Cocoa, on Friday, Dec. 15. Check-in and pre-ride activities are at 6 p.m., and the ride starts at 6:30. Prizes will be awarded for best-decorated adult, child, group and judge’s choice. Visit visitcocoavillage.com.

Port St. John Christmas parade

The Port St. John Christmas parade will take place on Saturday, Dec. 16 at 11 a.m. The parade route will be east along Fay Blvd. from Waterloo Ave. to Carole Ave. The theme for this year’s parade is “The wonder of Christmas morning.” Visit portstjohncommunityfoundation.com.

Downtown Melbourne candlelight shopping

Get in the holiday spirit by visiting downtown Melbourne along New Haven Ave. for special candlelight shopping from 4 to 8 p.m. every Saturday from Nov. 25 through Dec. 16. Family Christmas Extravaganza in Palm Bay

This free event will be at Fred Poppe Regional Park, 1951 Malabar Road, Palm Bay on Saturday, Dec. 16 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It will include live entertainment, free popcorn, cotton candy, hot dogs and drinks. Cowboy Christmas in Sebastian

LaPorte Farms, 7700 129th Street, Sebastian, hosts a Cowboy Christmas on Saturday, Dec. 16 from 4 to 8 p.m. Santa will arrive on horseback at 6 p.m. There will be pony rides, animal feedings, over 50 decorated Christmas trees and “Moondance” the llama dressed in his Christmas best. Jingle Bell 2 Miler in Satellite Beach

Jingle all the way down DeSoto Parkway and take a tour of the festive lights on Verbenia Court in Satellite Beach at this annual 2-mile run/walk. It starts at the Satellite Beach Public Library, 751 Jamaica Blvd, at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16. The cost to participate is $35, or $20 for ages 12 and younger. Visit runsignup.com.

Holiday boat parade in Satellite Beach

The Banana River Sail and Power Squadron sponsors the holiday boat parade on Saturday, Dec. 16 at 6 p.m. Participant vessels should assemble at the north end of the Satellite Beach Grand Canal and travel south. Visit brsps.org.

Holiday Concert at The Avenue Viera

Melbourne Municipal Band’s concert band will give a holiday performance at The Avenue Viera, 2261 Town Center Ave., on Sunday, Dec. 17 at 7 p.m. Admission is free. Visit mmband.org.

Cirque Musica Holiday Wonderland at the King Center

Cirque Musica brings an all new holiday show to the King Center, 3865 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, on Thursday, Dec. 21 at 7:30 p.m. The show blends the spellbinding grace and daredevil athleticism of today’s greatest circus performers with a musical mix of timeless seasonal favorites.
