Looking for a cozy holiday season? Marble Falls and Fredericksburg made a list of the top 110 coziest winter towns in the U.S. for a holiday getaway.

The list was created by New York Travel Guides. Each town was judged on its cozy weather, cozy activities, cozy atmosphere and popularity with photographers during winter months. The Central Texas cities are the only cities from the state included on the list, which is topped by spots in Washington, Vermont and Colorado.

Marble Falls is ranked 40th coziest and Fredericksburg is ranked 96th coziest in the U.S.

The ranking listed many holiday events in Marble Falls including ice skating, Walkway of Lights and the Light Up Parade. Christmas events kick off Nov. 18 in Marble Falls and run through Dec. 31, according to the city's website.

In Fredericksburg, the ranking highlighted the city's Light the Night Christmas Parade, ice skating and shopping. The town has an authentic German Christmas pyramid, or Weihnachtspyramide, and a 30-foot-tall Christmas tree, according to the city. Visitors can even bring home a tabletop version of the pyramid, available for purchase in a couple of stores.
