A fast-growing fire in Butte County, California, was at zero percent containment on Wednesday, July 14, firefighters said.
The fire started early on the same date, and had reached 1,200 acres by that evening, Cal Fire said. Firefighters said the steep and inaccessible terrain of the area have made containment difficult.
