They met on Bachelor In Paradise in 2018, however, didn't leave the show with any serious plans to stay together.

This was probably a smart move, being that the majority of couples from the show get engaged after a ridiculously short amount of time, and unsurprisingly don't last.

However, as fate would have it, they got back in touch after cameras stopped rolling, and have been a strong, loved up couple ever since.

They've spoken many times about their future, and whether or not they want to get married and have kids.

Kendall Long and Joe Amabile recently sat down with ET's Lauren Zima and discussed their future plans.

They talked wedding plans on Roses and Rose, and shared how far their relationship has come.Kendall claimed, "We have (talked about what wedding we want.) We have a really exciting little surprise we've planned for our wedding."

Joe chimed in, "We've talked about (engagement). I don't think either of us are scared of it. I could see it happening in somewhat the near future."

This is major progress considering how scared Kendall seemed to be of marriage and getting serious when she appeared on _Bachelor In Paradise_.

After dating for over a year now, things are getting even more serious between the couple, who also discussed the idea of children in their future.

Clearly, they've already talked about parenting styles and how they would raise them. Kendall said, "It's funny, because we've talked about the different ways we'd raise kids."

Joe added, "I would be more of the disciplinarian. I do believe that a little bit of that hard love, that tough love -- 'Not everything you do is perfect.' You need to challenge the kid a little bit. I don't believe in spoiling your kids."

It appears this is a couple who takes things step by step, which is a good thing, considering the entire premise of The Bachelor franchise is to make couples move as quickly as possible, rushing into an engagement after just a couple months of dating multiple people.

The former Bachelor In Paradise duo moved in together this year, and seem to be happier than ever.

They announced their new living situation on Instagram, with Kendall writing, “Just signed the lease to our new place in West Hollywood and couldn’t be more excited to start building a lil life together with this cutie."

They Don't Want Their Wedding On Television

Despite the fact that they've appeared on various The Bachelor franchise shows, the couple is happy to keep things private from now on. They shot down any rumors of filming their wedding on television.

When asked about a televised wedding, Kendall told Entertainment Tonight, “I don’t really know. We don’t really talk about that.”

Joe was less vague with his answer, saying, “I mean, I wouldn’t want to do. I personally would not want to get married on television. It just wouldn’t feel comfortable. Certain people do it. I think it’s great.”

So, though they aren't engaged yet, it seems inevitable that wedding bells and babies are in this couple's future.
