A popular twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich has returned to Frisch's Big Boy.

The Cincinnati-area chain announced Tuesday the Grippo's Grilled Cheese sandwich is back on menus for a limited time. The sandwich, which pairs melted American cheese with Grippo's BBQ potato chips between two slices of Texas toast, is available now through Feb. 11, according to a Frisch's Facebook post.

The Grippo's Grilled Cheese first debuted at Frisch's in 2021. Customers can purchase the sandwich, value fries and a drink for $7.99. Diners can also pair the sandwich with a bowl of tomato bisque and a drink for $8.99, or opt for Frisch's soup and salad bar, plus a drink, for $9.99.

This week at participating locations, customers can also get the Grippo's Grilled Cheese and salad bar for $7.99.

The sandwich is available for dine-in, carry-out and drive-thru orders.
