'Grey's Anatomy's Giacomo Gianniotti Confirms His Marriage With a Stunning Photo

Dr. Andrew DeLuca is officially off the market. Grey’s Anatomy star Giacomo Gianniotti confirmed he got married to Nichole Gustafson by sharing a truly beautiful photo from their wedding. Based on his Instagram posted on April 30, the newlyweds appear blissfully happy and it looks like they had a gorgeous Italian ceremony.

What makes his image all the more lovely is the actor’s caption. He wrote, “Huge thank you to the incredible team that gave us the most incredible wedding we are forever indebted to you for making this day a dream come true. We are still floating. To all our friends and family who came, we love you and we will never forget you.” He also set Villa Pocci as the location tag, which is an event space in Italy. Gustafson, a makeup artist, posted the same Instagram as her husband and wrote next to it, “Best day of my life!”

Prior to Gianniotti and Gustafson’s confirmation, People first reported about their marriage. According to the publication, the couple tied the knot in Rome, Italy on April 28 in what sounds like a fairytale wedding. Their ceremony reportedly took place at 4 p.m. at Villa Pocci, which People reports “sits on a lake and overlooks Castel Gandolfo.” People also reported that the now married duo even cut a multi-tiered white cake while large sparklers went off and celebrated with their guests until 1 a.m. the next morning.

Back in November 2017, Gianniotti announced his engagement to Gustafson on Instagram. Next to sweet photo of them kissing, he gushed, “She said yes… I am truly one lucky guy, and I wouldn’t rather be walking down this crazy road of life with anyone else. I love you. Thank you.”

Gustafson also shared photos from their engagement on Instagram and sweetly captioned them, “Yesterday my best friend asked me to marry him in the most romantic way, a day reliving our love. We are thrilled. I wouldn’t want to do this life with anyone else. I love you baby and can’t wait to be your wife. This man has showed me what true love is. What a dream come true, pinch me.”

And now here they are officially husband and wife. They certainly seem to be head over heels in love and can’t wait to take this next step in their relationship side by side. Congrats to the happy couple!
