Gretchen Rossi Introduces the New Baby in Her Life: "Another Incredible Blessing"

Gretchen Rossi’s family just got a little bigger.
On Friday, February 23, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum took to Instagram to introduce the world to baby Oakley Forward — the fourth child of her brother, Ethan Forward, and his wife of two years, Dionne Forward. Gretchen teased the unveiling in an Instagram video she filmed with her and Slade Smiley's young daughter, Skylar Gray.
“Time to meet our newest family member,” she said in the post before turning the camera to her little girl. “We’re on our way to see...”
“Baby Oakley Forward!” Skylar enthusiastically responded.
“Are you so excited to see your baby cousin? Yaaaay,” Gretchen continued. “Our new baby cousin and our new nephew! We are so excited to meet him, huh? I can’t wait!”

The former OC ’Wife then posted a sweet video of her holding the precious infant, who was born earlier this month.
“It’s my new baby nephew, baby Oakley. Look at how pretty he is. He’s so little,” she said in the Instagram Story, which was captioned: “He is so beyond perfect & beautiful. Thank you lord for another incredible blessing.”
The mother of one also shared a few photos and clips of Skylar holding her newest cousin.
“My heart is bursting,” she wrote in another post. “God is so good!”

Gretchen Rossi Had an Unexpected Reunion with These Former Housewives
It was more than two months ago when Gretchen confirmed her brother and sister-in-law were expecting another child. She shared photos from Dionne’s gorgeous baby shower that featured a teddy bear theme with blue-and-brown balloon arrangements and massive stuffed animals.
“It was a beautiful day celebrating the joyous occasion of a new baby boy on the way!” she said about the shower, which she hosted alongside her mother, Brenda Foward. “Thank you Lord for another miracle of life! We pray you continue to bless Dionne throughout this pregnancy and through the birth and that your anointing is on my newest nephew who is going to join our crew soon!”

Dionne reflected on her son’s birth in a February 18 Instagram post, in which she thanked her doula, Natalie Bellamy; her midwife, Lindsey Meehleis; and, of course, her husband.
“A year ago daddy and I prayed about adding to our family,” she captioned a photo of her newborn. “Trusting Gods timing instead of our own. Today you are in our arms- healthy and beautiful… We are blessed and loving our time learning more about our Boy Oaks. Thank you to everyone for all the prayers and support. Can’t wait for everyone to meet this little peanut!”

It's hard to believe it's been 10 years since Gretchen exited RHOC after Season 8. Although she admits her current life is pretty drama-free, she said she would like to return to the franchise to share all the changes she's experienced since her Bravo days.
“There’s so much now that I would want people to see of what our lives are… We’re such different people than we were 10 years ago," she said during her and Slade's appearance on Bravo's Hot Mic podcast. Gretchen said she was particularly eager to share an inside look at her role as a mom. “Just seeing that dynamic alone, of who I am as a parent, I think, is something that people never got to see."
