Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins to play Nashville's GEODIS Park: 'So let's thrash'

Green Day with the Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid and The Linda Lindas will play Nashville's GEODIS Park Aug. 30, 2024.

Green Day's "The Saviors Tour," next year will mark the 30th anniversary of the band's 1994 Diamond-certified album "Dookie" and the 20th anniversary of 2004's "American Idiot."

Described as a "larger-than-life, career-spanning celebration," the tour will also feature music from the band's newly announced album, "Saviors."

“We’ve never been more excited to unleash new music than with "Saviors"," a record that’s meant to be rocked live, together.  So let’s thrash," the band said in a release. " We’ve got some amazing friends who are coming along for the ride!”

Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, Nov. 10 at 10 a.m. CT at Greenday.com. Citi cardmembers and Nashville SC season ticketholders are both eligible for presale tickets through those respective web sites.

Additionally, fans can sign up for Green Day’s mailing list by Tuesday, Nov. 7 to get first access to presale tickets.
