Green Day is ready to rock.

Ahead of their headlining set at Las Vegas’ When We Were Young music festival this weekend, the pop-punk legends played a surprise show at the 800-capacity venue Fremont Country Club on Thursday. At the special show, fans captured footage of the trio announcing a massive 2024 tour and debuting a new song, in addition to playing their iconic 1994 debut album Dookie in full.

“Big announcement: We’re doing a big tour next year,” bandleader Billie Joe Armstrong told the audience at the club.

As the crowd erupted in cheers, the rock star, 51, revealed the fellow alternative acts who will be joining them on the tour. “It’s gonna be Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid, The Linda Lindas,” he said.

While no details about specific dates or ticket information was revealed, the band did tease new music is also in store.

After announcing their upcoming concerts, the “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” singer was recorded introducing the next song in their set by calling it, “the first song off our new album.” The group — featuring Armstrong on vocals and guitar, bassist Mike Dirnt and drummer Tré Cool — then erupted in the stadium-ready punk track “The American Dream is Killing Me.”

The punk group reflected on the surprise club show — opened by the frontman’s 25-year-old son Jakob Armstrong’s group Ultra Q — on Instagram.

“Holy sh-- 💩 We just played Dookie in full, thank you for that Las Vegas 🤘🏼,” they wrote in the caption of a shot of the exterior of Fremont Country Club.

They also confirmed the song they debuted live will be out next week. “AND our new single “The American Dream Is Killing Me” comes out October 24th! Set those wake up calls, ya hear??” the group added. “They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but couldn’t let this stay... get ready ya zombies!!! 🧟‍♂️.”

Since Oct. 12, the “When I Come Around” outfit has been previewing their upcoming political pop-punk with eerie, zombie-filled clips on social media.

Green Day’s yet-to-be-announced new project will mark their 14th studio album and follow 2020’s Father of All Motherf---kers.

Last month, the hitmakers released a 30th Anniversary Super Deluxe version of their breakout debut Dookie featuring 17 unreleased demos, a handful of never-before-heard outtakes and more.

When Green Day announced the project earlier this year, they reminisced about their early days as a band with a sweet post on Instagram.

“Sometimes you take a gamble and luck’s on your side. Back in the summer of ‘93 Green Day went into the studio to record Dookie and had no idea what their destiny would be,” the band shared. “They were young, rebellious, and absolutely scared s---less. There was no telling if they were about to prove everyone wrong or make the biggest mistake of their lives."
