Grammy nominations announcement: How and when to watch the big reveal?

The recording academy has released details on when and how to tune into the nominations announcement for the 66th Annual Grammy Awards, set to air in 2024.

On Friday, November 10, starting at 10:45am Eastern/7:45am Pacific, the nominees will be unveiled via a livestream event on live.grammy.com and YouTube, starting with a presentation announcing the official contenders in the general field and other select categories. Video announcements of the nominees in the remaining races will also be published on live.grammy.com and YouTube while the event is underway, and the full list of nominees will be published on Grammy.com immediately following the presentation. Nominees will also be announced via a press release.

Recording academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr. will be joined by Grammy winners Arooj Aftab, Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Jimmy Jam, Jon Bon Jovi, Samara Joy, Muni Long, Cheryl Pawelski, Kim Petras, Judith Sherman, St. Vincent, Jeff Tweedy, and “Weird Al” Yankovic, along with “CBS Mornings” co-hosts Gayle King, Nate Burleson, and Tony Dokoupil to reveal this year’s Grammy nominees.

These awards celebrate the best recording achievements (music, comedy, spoken word and more) released from October 1, 2022 through September 15, 2023. Voting for the nominations took place from October 11 through October 20. Voting for winners will start on December 14 and end on January 4. Finally the awards will be presented on February 4 during the afternoon Premiere Ceremony and prime time telecast.
