Chicago hip-hop artist Chance the Rapper’s Saturday set at Governors Ball on Randall’s Island in New York was overflowing with fans — including many tweens — in the Gotham tent.

Sporting a Chicago White Sox jersey over a Superman T-shirt, the energetic rapper blazed through hits from his mixtapes, including the popular “Acid Rap” from 2013. Backed by a live band, including a lively trumpet player, Chance had the massive crowd jumping to such tracks as “Pusha Man/Paranoia,” “Favorite Song,” “Brain Cells” and “Paradise.”

As he did at the Sasquatch! Festival in May, the rapper had the Governors Ball crowd chanting “Every day it could be wonderful” when he performed the theme song from the ‘90s cartoon “Arthur.”
