"The Sopranos" made a lot of people.

I'm not talking about made, made.

These guys and girls didn't get their button.

A lot of actors and actresses used their appearance in the greatest show of all time to springboard them to a great career. Others were famous before a guy walked into a psychiatrist's office, but made a cameo on the show.

There were a lot of them. Since we're celebrating 25 years of the Sopranos, we'll go with our top 25.

Will Arnett

Before the funny man became Lego Batman, Arnett starred in two episodes of Season 4 as an FBI agent and husband to the FBI agent who tried to flip Adrianna La Cerva.

The Oscar-nominated Hollywood legend appeared as herself in the Season 6 episode "Luxury Lounge," where her swag bag gets swiped by Christopher Moltisanti.

Annette Bening

Another actor who played herself, the four-time Oscar nominee appeared as Tony Soprano's mother in a dream sequence of the Season 5 episode titled "The Test Dream."

Sandra Bernhard

The comedian/actress plays herself in the Season 2 episode "D-Girl," where Christopher remembers Bernhard from her appearance in the 1982 film "The King of Comedy" which he mistakes it for “Kings of Comedy.”

Alexandra Daddario

Another actress best known for her recent work in "The White Lotus" as well as prominent roles in "Baywatch" and "Percy Jackson," Daddario played the character of "another woman" in a bar during the Season 6 episode title "Johnny Cakes."

Tim Daly

The star of NBC's Wings portrayed a screenwriter with a drug problem who helps Christopher get his horror click, "Clever," through production before meeting an untimely demise at the hands of the mobster. His four-episode arc during Season 5 earned Daly an Emmy nomination.

Paul Dano

The acclaimed actor who is best known his roles in "The Batman" and "Little Miss Sunshine," starred in four episodes between Season 4 and 5 as A.J. Soprano's buddy who was obsessed with the mob. He was best known for dropping acid and keeping people on their toes.

Jon Favreau

Playing himself in Season 2's "D-Girl," Favreau finds himself in over his head when he promises to help Christopher with a screenplay while trying elicit mob details for his own project.

Lady Gaga

What's that word, buchiach? The comedian and actor played herself from the scene of a movie set alongside Christopher, who gave her a few tips slang.

Hal Holbrook

The Emmy and Tony-award winning actor played a small role as Tony's short-lived buddy while the mobster was in the hospital recovering from a gunshot wound. His best role since Creepshow!

Michael B. Jordan

Blink and you'll miss this cameo. The "Creed" and "Black Panther" star appeared as unnamed Rideland boy in a Season 1 episode.

Ben Kingsley

Christopher just didn't seem to get the message. Sir Ben Kingsley played himself in one episode in which Chrissy did his best to convince the Oscar winner to play a part in "Clever."

Julianna Margulies

Julianna Margulies, an award-winning actor, producer and activist, founded the Holocaust Educator School Partnership (HESP) in partnership with the Museum of Jewish Heritage in New York City.

The ER star played Julianna Skiff, a Realtor who Tony has the hots for during four episodes in Season 6.

"I think, maybe, I dunno." The actor and playwright is a man of many words, but he didn't say many in his short cameo. The Hamilton created played a bellhop Season 6 episode where Tony and Paulie Walnuts were on the lamb.

Johnny Sac didn't have much going for him during his time in the can, but at least he had civilian looking out for him, at least that's the role the famous film director played as an inmate who's behind bars for murdering his wife and her lover.

Playing himself, Diamond Dave finds himself at a poker game next to Tony when the mobster realizes his friends aren't really his friends.

Frank Sinatra Jr.

The "Chairboy of the Board," or at least that's what Paulie calls him, makes himself comfortable amongst wise guys in a nod to his father's infamous mob connects.
