Apr. 18—GOSHEN — Goshen College has announced its 2024-25 Performing Arts Series lineup and season ticket package reservations are available at the Goshen College Box Office.

Season ticket packages save 10% off of the full-price tickets. Four core performances are set for each season ticket — Girl Named Tom, The King's Singers, Canadian Brass, and Time for Three. Season ticket holders may then choose two or more additional performances from the remaining choices.

Individual tickets, if available, will go on sale Thursday, Aug. 1, at the college's box office or by ordering online at goshen.edu/tickets. Shows start at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

Las Guaracheras

Tickets start at $20

Las Guaracheras is an all-women salsa sextet born in the city of Cali, Colombia in 2017. The ensemble's cultural and artistic objective is to uplift a female voice within Afro-Latin music and build a more inclusive, diverse, and respectful cultural space for all. Their music communicates joy, memory, and transformation. With vibraphone, percussion, bass, piano, and vocals, Las Guaracheras present an explosive show that provokes dancing, singing as well as reflection.

Mandy Gonzalez & Javier Muñoz present Top of the World

Broadway stars Mandy Gonzalez and Javier Muñoz celebrate today's greatest composers, including Lin-Manuel Miranda, Stephen Schwartz and other extraordinary songwriters. Together, they share stories and songs from their careers on stage, including music from Hamilton, In The Heights, Wicked and the best of Broadway.

Mandy Gonzalez is an accomplished film, TV, and stage actor and author. She possesses one of the most powerful and versatile contemporary voices of our time. Mandy has starred on Broadway in the mega-hit Hamilton as Angelica Schuyler, in Wicked as Elphaba, and she originated the role of Nina Rosario in the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical, In The Heights, for which Mandy received a Drama Desk Award.

Javier Muñoz is an actor and activist whose impressive body of work spans theater, film, and television. He is best known for starring and co-creating the role of "Alexander Hamilton" in the hit musical Hamilton on Broadway for two years after Lin-Manuel Miranda departed the show.

Girl Named Tom — Christmas Tour

Girl Named Tom's sound is built on the angelic voice of Bekah and the beautiful sibling harmony added by her two brothers, Joshua and Caleb. Their homegrown style combines the classics (Joni Mitchell; Crosby, Stills & Nash) with pop artists of today (Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Adrianne Lenker). Come hear these Goshen College alums in a festive evening of Christmas harmonies featuring favorite holiday classics and originals.

An Acoustic Christmas with Over the Rhine

Over the Rhine, features the talented musical couple of Karin Bergquist and Linford Detweiler, . Of their upcoming holiday tour, Over the Rhine says, "In 2024, more than 25 years after releasing our first holiday CD, we are still at it. This year, we will be leaning into some harmonies and making an intimate, but hopefully holy, ruckus."

In addition to Christmas tunes, Over the Rhine will mix in favorite songs from their other records.

The King's Singers

Returning to Sauder Concert Hall by popular demand, The King's Singers have represented the gold standard in a cappella singing on the world's greatest stages for over 50 years. They are renowned for their unrivaled technique, versatility and skill in performance, and for their consummate musicianship, drawing both on the group's rich heritage and its pioneering spirit to create an extraordinary wealth of original works and unique collaborations. What has always distinguished the group is their comfort in an unprecedented range of styles and genres, pushing the boundaries of their repertoire, while at the same time honoring their origins in the British choral tradition.

Sphinx Virtuosi

The Sphinx Virtuosi is a dynamic and inspiring professional self-conducted chamber orchestra and serves as the flagship performing entity of the Sphinx Organization — the leading social justice non-profit dedicated to transforming lives through the power of diversity in the arts. Comprised of 18 accomplished Black and Latinx artists, a critical aim of the Sphinx Virtuosi is to evolve and transform the face of classical music through artistic excellence, pioneering programming, and impassioned community engagement. Its members serve as cultural and diversity ambassadors for audiences and communities around the United States and abroad.

The StepCrew

The StepCrew is an unbelievable show that brings together three styles of exhilarating dance forms — Ottawa Valley stepdance, Irish stepdance, and tap. With virtuosic dancers and musicians from The Chieftains, this cast of outstanding talent takes you on a spellbinding journey of dance. As champions in their respective art forms, they will show audiences the amazing similarities and differences between these three captivating styles.

The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain

The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain has already enjoyed touring in the United States many times. This original musical ensemble features only ukuleles of various sizes and registers, accompanied by just the natural voices of the performers. Among their many international concerts and festival appearances, they have sold out twice at Carnegie Hall in New York, twice at The Royal Albert Hall in London, and also once at Sydney Opera House in Australia.

Canadian Brass

With their engaging stage presence and rapport with audiences, Canadian Brass has truly earned the distinction of the world's most famous brass group. What set Canadian Brass apart from all other performing artists in 1970 was the relentless search for repertoire that was both loved by its performers and embraced by a growing brass audience. Each of their concerts exhibits a full range of musical styles, from trademark Baroque and Dixieland tunes to Bach, Handel, Vivaldi, Joplin, Gershwin, and Ellington to ballet, opera and new compositions and arrangements created especially for them.

Time for Three

Grammy and Emmy-winning ensemble Time For Three (TF3) defies conventions with their genre-bending excellence. Spanning classical music, Americana, and singer-songwriter styles, their captivating sound merges eras, styles, and traditions. Comprising Charles Yang, Nicolas Kendall and Ranaan Meyer, TF3's remarkable blend of instruments and voices resonates with listeners globally. Their album, Letters for the Future, conducted by Xian Zhang, reached the Billboard Top 10 and won a Grammy. With charismatic performances on renowned stages, TF3's versatility shines through collaborations with artists like Ben Folds and Arlo Guthrie.
