Fox Entertainment Global is headed to Mipcom Cannes with new fare from Gordon Ramsay and TMZ and network gameshow Snake Oil.

The Fox-owned sales house’s slate next month will include titles from Fox Alternative Entertainment such as David Spade show Snake Oil, animated content from Bento Box Entertainment, live-action comedy from Fox Entertainment Studios and more than 20 movies from MarVista Entertainment.

Toplining the new shows is Snake Oil, the upcoming Fox game show in which entrepreneurs pitch products to contestants, who must determine which ventures are the real with the help of celebrity advisors. Spade hosts and produces and Will Arnett (Lego Masters, Arrested Development) is executive producer through his Electric Avenue Productions banner.

Also joining the Fox slate is Next Level Chef, the Gordon Ramsay cooking competition whose second season premiere took 16.7 million viewers in a post-Super Bowl slot, which made it the most-watched cooking telecast in history. It comes through Studio Ramsay Global, which celeb chef Ramsay launched with Fox in 2021.

TMZ docs include TMZ Investigates: Gilgo Beach Serial Murders: Missed Warning Signs, TMZ Investigates: Britney SpearsDivorce & Despair and TMZ Presents: Tragically Viral.

The MarVista films, made for TV or streaming, include holiday movies Rescuing Christmas, starring Rach Leigh Cook (She’s All That), and A Christmas Serenade. Dramas such as God’s Grace: The Sheila Johnson Story, starring Michael Beach (Mayor of Kingstown) and thrillers including The Murdaugh Murders also come from Fox-owned MarVista, and will sit alongside movies, series, specials and docs from the studio’s AVOD service Tubi.

“As Fox Entertainment Global wraps a successful first year of operation and prepares to return to Mipcom, our strategy to further expand our fast-growing library of owned content with global appeal is already making a meaningful impact on the international landscape,” said Fernando Szew, CEO of FEG and MarVista Entertainment.

“This addition of premium unscripted content from Gordon Ramsay, FAE and TMZ uniquely complements our fast-growing roster of multiplatform, linear and streaming content, including animation, scripted series and original movies.”

Mipcom Cannes runs from October 16-19. Fox re-entered the international sales space last year at the French confab, debuting titles such as Dan Harmon’s Krapopolis, Jon Hamm vehicle Grimsburg and in-house single-cam comedy Animal Control.
